At Wild Fern Jewelry, I’m excited to collaborate with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that’s uniquely yours. Here's everything you need to know about the custom jewelry process:

Availability:

Custom orders are open year-round unless otherwise stated. I typically take on 3-4 custom pieces per month, so be sure to get in touch early! You can always find the custom request form in my Instagram bio (@_wild.fern_) or here under the “Customs Info” tab.

 

How to Request A Custom Piece:

Ready to bring your dream piece to life? Simply fill out the custom request form on my website or Instagram. I value originality, so please refrain from sending images of other artists’ designs—I’m here to create something uniquely yours!

Pricing & Payment:

Pricing for custom pieces generally ranges from $250 to $600+, depending on materials and complexity. A non-refundable deposit of $160 is required to secure your spot, which will be applied to the final cost. Please note that any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit..

The Process:

Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out via email to set up a time to either meet in person if you’re local or schedule a FaceTime video chat to discuss all the details of the piece. After our initial consultation, you’ll then be able to secure your custom by purchasing it on my website. The custom creation process typically takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design and material availability.
